Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused products in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at reply@holisticfilterin.world or call +44 0333 320 6000. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for sending the product back. Returns should be sent to our address at Farley Ln, Alton, Stoke-on-Trent ST10 4DB, United Kingdom.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. All products are thoroughly tested before dispatch, but we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

Exclusions

Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not covered under our return policy. Digital products or downloadable content are non-refundable.
